I Finally got my 10th Anniversary out of the shop and it seems to run pretty well, but there are parts in the hatch that have been there since I bought it.
I think they are the wastegate and vacuum lines (I have not taken pictures of the other part yet), however I'm not sure. The car is currently running without either of the parts installed. And I don't really want to drive it until I know what could happen or what I'm looking at.
Any help is just awesome!

you could do everyone a favor and look up the faq and the fsm, it would tell you in great detail the purpose of said part, with a wiring diagram, vacuum diagram, as well as were the part goes.
no offense
but search
Lloyd
btw, its the acv (air control valve) utterly useless if you have the emissions blocked off and the wiring looped

oh, ok, being a ASE certified technician and having to work my *** off to get anywhere (im only 21, better than most of my coworkers) and trying to give some advice is a dick thing to say......................
most of the work needed to do most of the repairs youre going to run across are common sense stuff (remove bolt, put it back and secure it hand tight most of the time) but when youre trying to pintpoint problems, or id parts, the fsm is the only way to go, haynes is useful for looking at the pictures and getting a general idea on where **** goes is cool and they also have the torque specs for engine work, but other than that, find a bookshelf and put it there.
i have a haynes manual sitting next to my fsm that ive printed off a little at a time, i use the fsm 132324398428 times more than that haynes crap
trying to give advice, watch what you say to people
ooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, e-thuggin, get a life
