I love cold weather
Woot! Man, I love my seven. Finally some cold air has hit my area and my t2 absolutely loved it today. I couldn't help but drive around unnecessarily just to hit boost.
That is all.
That is all.
Tell me about it... I think I got some boost spike and hit fuel cut the other night. I was getting on it pretty good and then suddenly my car just falls on its face and throws me forward.
why do you have fuel cut with AI and 1600 secondaries at 313whp?
guess if it were me i'd put the boost cut a few psi higher if the maps can handle it or turn the boost controller down for the cold weather.
my car just seems a bit more sporadic in cold weather, either feels normal or gets a huge rush of power and won't stay planted at 55mph with the 275's. i blame it on the rather tiny core saab mid mount intercooler.

it will just reduce efficiency in colder weather as a bottleneck, probably won't gain much by increasing the boost so i would lower the boost controller setting so you can still enjoy it.

Haha seriously. It was tuned in 90 degree weather and it probably was about 50 degrees when that happened but from what I have read the haltech should compensate for temp changes.
so the haltech is what is being used to control the boost controller? if it's an external boost controller then it won't, wasn't even aware that the ps1000 had an auto boost duty cycle adjust feature but i haven't paid attention to what features it had.

and constantly watching the boost gauge for inevitable boost spiking.
