I'm in the same boat as above, I've been waiting over a month since my last e-mail and still have no parts. I got a shipping e-mail, but it just says that they recieved shipping info and no actual parts. Pretty weak communication.

LMAO at this thread..... been there, done that. MMR ships once you've forgotten you even ordered from them, and not a moment before.

They pride themselves on giving you that "found a wrinkled dollar in a pair of jeans" type feeling when your parts finally arrive.

edit: oooo.......you're in Canada to..........it'll be like finding a $10 in your pocket lol

i had to go through a whole paypal claim just to get them to ship my parts....MMR is a bad place to buy things, why support a place who takes 30+ days to ship out some delrin parts that take 5 minutes to turn on a lathe?

its not like they are swamped with orders either, they don't even offer alo't of ****.

even if it is a 1 man show at MMR, the guy must be super ******* slow at machining any of these parts...like 1 part every 40 hours slow..

Yeah dude. Order the parts from MMR a year before you need them.

To avoid all the trouble, is it really that difficult to phone or email and say hey i'm interested in these parts, are they in stock?

That way if they fail to back up what they say, bring it into a paypal claim and there stuck. Than again, anything aside from ebay, paypal won't even wink at.

hard to do when they don't answer multiple phone calls, or return multiple emails.

i had to open a paypal claim to get my money back, just for them to send out my parts. they weren't about to give my money back, so they decided to ship the parts.

MMR is quick to take your money, but once they get your money, they will take weeks/months to ship your stuff.

would be nice to see someone else make the same parts they do at an affordable price and have good customer service.
