How do you represent your rotary pride?
I make parts for rx-7s
On a more serious note though, I make it clear to many of the people that I meet, that I am a rotary fan and will take the time to explain the pros/cons and answer any questions that I can. Many people simply don't understand the engines and answering questions is a great way to dispel many of the misconceptions about them.

I'm seriously having trouble understanding this post. Please clarify.
You mean to say that the people that purchased FCs that were taken care of and they take care of themselves can't have rotary pride because they don't spend copious amounts of money on them just because they don't need to?
All I'm saying is: just because you DON'T spend retarded amounts of money on your car (respectively, of course, depending on financial standing and priorities), that one can't have pride in owning a rotary?
It is snobby to hate on other rotary lovers because they're not as fortunate, are too young to understand how to properly fix a car or don't have the means to; but truly want to.
Yes, it is the truth that some people store their cars and/or never properly fix them to specs that are considered "acceptable" (objectively). However, it is also EXTREMELY ignorant and snobby to hate on them for being as such.
I created this thread to promote rotary pride, regardless of what shape it takes. Not to shut it down and call it invalid .
Please keep the thread constructive, aside from condescending. There are people with similar desire that aren't as fortunate as you have been.

I plan on showing my pride by leaving the interior in my car and fully functional until it is in fact an all out race car and no longer driven on the streets. Until it is not street legal, i plan on driving it every day and racing it on weekends.

I represent my pride by: having a savings account specifically for the next rotary car that Mazda releases. Even if it is 5 years away.. heck that just means I won't need to take a car loan out haha.
i rep by slowly making everyone i know buy rotaries ha ha..
2 weeks ago a buddy of mine bought a single-turbo RHD FD, and 2 days ago a buddy bought an N/A S4 GXL..

I represent my rotary pride by blindly sticking with the same FC for 5+ years. My FC and I have been through more than I care to elaborate on and while it may not be pretty, it gets me there and back. I love it.

I think he means cool, nice, or something along those lines.

So I refrain myself from craigslist.
