The Canadian Airforce also has clandestine operations. They secretly place tracking microchips on all cars exported to the US. The Flying Canadian Bacon are watching you!!!

Importing cars from Japan is not really that hard to do. Legally registering them is a totally different story. If you wanted to import a car and track it then you're good, but if you want to be able to legally drive it you'll have problems. The US has a 25 year law though, so any vehicle that is 25 years or older can be imported and legally registered no questions asked. Hope that helps.

^ Get your facts straight sir

Canadian cars run on 100% pure donut icing.
For race applications they use donut filing.

here in canada its not that hard at all.......lots of ppl have skylines and fairladyz's here even some old evos and a few savanna rx7's...it requires one safty once it gets here. to order it just go thrugh a company of your choice. do your research my buddy tried to order an 94 rx7 and it took a year for them to tell him the car cant be delivered. just do 15 mins of reading thats all it takes.

My friend has a Toyota Mark II imported from Japan that he has registered as a Toyota Camry. He ripped the VIN off some junkyard Camry. His is totally not legal, RHD and everything, but he gets away with the registration and stuff from the Camry.

On a serious note....

Does anyone have links on the 25 year old deal? I've researched up on this a few years ago and didn't find much info on it.

You know, in the time it took you to type all of this, and wait for response you could have "googled" it.
