my homemade lip
Well, this one is a little more labor intensive, but i made this in my garage with some fiberglass stuff from wal-mart, some styrofoam from hobby lobby, and aluminum foil and stuff... sorry i don't have any pictures at the moment but you can kind of see it in this video.
<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/-P3kBeFewAg?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/-P3kBeFewAg?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
It's flexible enough not to crack. I scrape it leaving my driveway all the time, and it's handled it just fine.

[QUOTE=TheAbsence;10288143]I had to drill 10+ of my own holes in the 626 lip for mine to line up with the stock mounting position. I don't know how you only had to modify 1 hole.
Well, at first. Then finished product had 3 holes modified two near the brake ducting and one in the middle.
