Can anyone identify or have any information on this intercooler pictured next to Tii intercooler?

Are there any part numbers or manufacturers marks stamped into the tanks or body?

it looks like ARC to me, or maybe someone sold ARC cores under a different brand

It sure does look like an ARC. I wonder if someone copied their design. It almost looks like it could have been mounted in a fender well like an older DSM car.
