not really a drop at all if thats what your looking for. Ive had friends get them and really not much changed.. except if you want to wait a while so they settle down but still, if your looking for drop you will be disappointed.
^^ mhhh kinda dispointing drop but your right once it settles down and starts to sag a little loer....but its a such a smoother ride then some other springs i have rode in another fc...

I don't think some of you guys realize the original ride height of our cars. Many of us have put springs on our FCs and when we swapped out the original factory springs we found very little drop, or as I experienced, a slight raise in the rear of the car. The stock springs have sagged in the past 20 years and we will not see the full claimed drop of these aftermarket springs. Check out the ride height in the brochures and you'll think there was a lift kit option available from the factory.

so do most " JDM" coilovers but everyone here thinks JDM is great. when a bilstein/hypercoil or Koni/ground control setup would literally walk all over it. super stiff does not = great handling
Well a good coilover set takes out the needed homework to make a good shock/spring combo work. And these are production street cars, you could play all you want with combos, your still not gonna ever make F1 or any professional racing series with it. So go with whatever suits you best.
the guy who convinced me to buy springs instead of coilovers, said coilovers will be absolute **** if its not a track car...daily driving they will be terrible and ill feel every bump ect.
just curious if this is true (seems like theres a bit of a coilover debate here ) i figured he wouldnt be lien cause it woulda been more money for him to sell me coilovers instead of springs.. lol any truth ? opinions ?

get coilovers or dont waste your money at all..
ive had s techs.(when i was a noob).. in the end i hated them.. so bouncy..
coilovers are ******* win! the only thing is you gotta learn to dial them in correctly.. but after that its golden..
i love my chassis stiff

Shadowboym: if you're gonna pay money for lowering springs, why mess them up by cutting them? you could have cut stock springs and got the same effect cheaper.
To the OP if you are looking for an agressive/ visually appealing drop the only springs that come close are the Tanabe's. That being said, you're prolly better off w/ coilovers or even Ground Controls and some of those short strut mounts (for the front) It's easy to get the rear low, the front is another story...

sharingan 19 i cut the rears so it would sit lower in the rear and level the car out, i had a big difference in the fronts but barely anything in the rear. i drift with mine thats why i cut them to level it out. i wish i had full coilovers though. i upgraded to ground control sleeves on kyb agx struts.
