FC was cutting edge

Dont you just love it Thou the Nissan took first place the "judges/testpilots" selected the FC as the champ And how the 300zx has 300 turbo hp and the Fc has 200 wankel turbo hp and still its only 0,3 of a sec from the 0-60 test on the Nissan. This just makes me love my car even more. **** all the haters on the road, i love my car, even tho she is a bitch

Wow, seems like an extremely biased review

- 0.3seconds slower 0-60
+ predictable and easy to handle (as opposed to get it right or be ready for trouble)
+ 100 feet breaking (as opposed to 109ft)

Not to mention it's a lot cheaper--I know they said they weren't looking at price. But really, seems like Nissan paid them off. Really fubared if I dare say so myself.

edit: Not to mention, if they actually took part of one of the three days that they were there, and timed the lap runs, the 7 would MORE than make up for that 0.3 loss in the 0-60. Hell, this thread should be deleted, it's a disgrace.

Pit the 3 cars on a race track on time the laps. We'll see who wins...

you guys are fc fanboys lol

They review cars based on its useful road going point of view to consumers.
Im surprised they even compared it to the Z32.

If u concider the video outside the pure measurement test`s they did u can CLEARLY see that the 7 is the best choice on an overall basis. it performes on the same level ( even better elsewhere) even tho it might lack 100 hp on the ZX. **** i bet i could write a ANYTHING on this forum and SOMEONE ( and mark my words cause this is the good part about this forum) somebodys ALWAYS gonna bitch about it!

lol mb. I always enjoy fc media, it's actually not a bad video, and rather interesting...it's just that a few minutes after I watched the ending I was like --wait, wtf!?

not a personal thing at all, sorry haha

I've always thought the FD was a better comparison to the Z32...but then again the Z32 came out earlier =/ either way the Z32 is a fat cow around corners.

I would pick either car over the ugly *** nissan, anyday! Ive spent some time in all three of them before in stock and modded trim and the z is the worst one by far.

actually he was right the RX-7 stoped in 97, the 3000GT in 98(i think), the Z32 never made it very long, the supra lasted longest i think.

Well i maybe think its not a matter how long they lasted tho, everything gets updated no matter how popular it is , and 98 for the rx7 was just the casual stopping point for that model, im guessing the rx-8 took over the legacy after that but im not a fan of the 8 looks really.

As far as some parts of the world was concerned those cars stopped being available because of the market.

Although they still continued to produce the RX-7 till 2002, Mitsubishi 300gt (GTO) to 2001, the Fairlady Z (Z32) till 2000 and supra to 2002. Which i think was the best years to cut productions on those cars, especially in wake of new technology that wasn't available when during their respectable debuts.

beacuse those cars are no longer in production in the US due to failed economy for the time, people stopped buying them or the US market wasnt ready to shell out over $35k+ for a japanese sports car. Only after those cars have been pulled, have people started appreciating them. The used car market doesnt count.

In their native homeland japan however, the Z and mr2 saw near 10 years in production, the fc was 85 to 90 in japan?

Z is still one of my favorites though, even if it is a pig. Put the updated jspec front bumper on it, and it still looks great.

I agree, i hated working on the VG30DETT, i have never had so much cut up knuckles and hands from how tight that motor fits in that bay..its stupid.
