^because everyone thinks their car and the way they set it up is the coolest thing in the world and that everyone elses sucks. Nobody can appreciate someone elses work. Btw don't change a thing on your car, it's badass.

Before....

After i got tired of the 944 look, sidewalls acting like suspension and seeing a peice of **** civic rocking the same wheels that are on my peice of **** rx7.....

She was too low to drive like this so i jacked her up about 15mm in the rear.

Still to low losing my sideskirts hanging sideways soooooo i raised 10mm in the front and another 20 in the rear. It's functional until i switch sideskirts....

As of today. Freshly pulled in the driveway after a fist pump. Took my brother out for some sliding!

China wheels, unmatched panels, various stages of body work and 205's stretched on 9.5J's with 90 whp. Hate the f*ck on. The less people that like this, the better.

I'm aware i need 19x12's or something crazy like that in the rear. I hate wheel gap as much as the next guy.

If you are refering to my blue 7 thanks & I don't see me changing anything to fit into a trend. Stretched tires may work out nicely on some cars, but would look like complete **** on my car.
As far as wheels go who cares what brand they are if they look good & you like them then thats all that matters. Don't get me wrong having a nice set of Works ect. is great, but at the end of the day you got ot do what is right for you.

Man speaks the truth.

I can say my car still isn't right. The tires and wheels work out well because i get the behavior and feel i want. Metal fenders look like *** because i suck at doing this and it was my first time but it gets the job done and the stance keeps the center of gravity low. I have no idea what having the rear higher than the front will do for me but seat time will deliver the right answer.

Maybe the thread title should have been "aggressive fitment".

Proper is in the eye of the beholder but if you're not sunk as **** with 2 fingers of wheel gap or more then you're doing a good job in my eyes.

Now, acting super dooper cocky like you're **** is original and nobody can do what you do better than you and preaching it like it's gospel. That's just annoying and you're kidding yourself.

Give props where props are due and think hard about what you haters are hating on.

I wanna see some footage of the OP "kicking it sidewayz" with his hella flush drift stance wheels and sleepy eyes. Because in reality he probably has as much driving skill as he does car style.

*b4 anyone here calls me a fanboy, eat a dck. if you look into your car's native tuning trend, you will see what is done to them in their homeland.*
Body roll is greatly reduced when you fit coilovers with high spring rates.

run your car around a track and use your coilovers, want to drive your car with some degree of enjoyment use springs and shocks

I would also like to see some of these so called "drifters" in action

Proper Time Attack Stance

Proper Drift Stance

Proper AutoX Stance

Proper VIP Stance

Proper Bosozoku Stance

Proper Rally Stance

Proper SuperGT Stance

Proper Low Offset Stance

Proper Street Car Stance

This is my kinda take on all of it, my kind of opinion. Of course theres extremes to each end of the spectrum in every category. But I prefer to see more functionality versus styling when it comes to the combination of ride height, wheel dimension and tire fitments.

Pics are good examples! Auto X stance not the most appealing, but no reason why not to roll around like that 24/7.

i agree,

putting cosmetics aside, tuning stance also depends on the car and of course the driving style.

the reason for the near stock ride height autoX stance i posted earlier is because of that particular sport, a drift tuned suspension might not be the best set up to see the last gate with a good time.

I dont know if the tires setup was for the rain or whatever but from what i DO see.

Ride height looks stock. Tires look like all terrain 185/50/15

Hes not gonna be killing others in an auto-x like the typical miata.

uhhhh yea i may have painted my car a few times but hey i really dont car what you think.

i need the huge dish because i modified my spindle for max steering angle, low offset keeps the rim from hitting the lower controll arm.

i have 12 in wide in back because i lose too much traction with just a stock turbo, the 275's i have now are just fine for my set up.

go ahead and romp around with your lifted cars... i enjoy scraping my bumpers and sideskirts while spectators are baffled with my ride height

i cant beleive you are hating on my car

this is how i roll... with chameleon paint bro

RCFC I think you should go back to owning a honda. Coming on here bragging about your sleepy eyed look and "proper stance" **** is stupid, your 100% a ricer. Also for the poster above if you need 275's to hold the power of the stock turbo your setup is either completely useless or you need to spend more on tires. I too would be baffled with your ride height as you cant drive over a twig without scraping, sounds like alot of fun.
