Oh buddy, i wonder what that mini van had under the hood lmao, anyways, i have an extra shell sitting in my barn just in case they turn into the next 240/Civic. And i snagged it for $100. Then i sold it to some guy for $500, then he ran into some financial problems and sold it back to me for $150.

 

Well our cars may be slower than most newer cars in stock form. But it takes alot less work/money to get ours performing alot better. Also out of all the cars you just mentioned, I cant see any beating us around a corner =D

 

I AutoX cross my FC and its mainly stock, just suspension upgrades, and I rarely see any stock cars that can come close to the FC. Its a beautiful platform, and companies can fight for who has the most power and whos is fastest, but somewhere along the lines of all this. Manufacturers lost something... passion for perfectly balanced cars... **** an Altima!!!

As far as the car becoming more popular.... there was always something that turned you onto the car, you either like it or not... Most dumbasses are into the whole huge airdams and giant wings, so they wouldn't even look twice at the FC. So even if more people do like em, I can't hate cause it happened to me when I was 15, saw some option video, and there was this S5 Red FC that caught my eye and I loved it from then on! There were skylines and 240's and all the other ones, but at that point I really wanted an FC. So are you gonna hate on Option because I'm sure there are plenty of people who saw there dream car on those videos... Plus not everyone grows up around cars... like me... my family hates that I race and dump all my $$$ into my car, so if it wasn't for those videos and mags then I'd be lost.

You are all way to judgmental... personally I like seein this classic get some lovin!

I was gettin some Taco Bell, and was thinkin also, are you gonna hate on D1? Cause last time I checked, there are FC's drifting, and last time I checked, people watch.

Which IMO, is more reason for dumbasses to go out and total their cars cause they think they can drift.

 

you have a point but i still would like our cars to stay safe from the dumbasses, but i remember when i feel in love with fcs....grand turismo 2....nuff said. haha

come on.... did you guys even watch the video? there were other cars as well. we dont even know who is going to drive the car and if its going to be a key car in the movie.... its could be some dumb asses and it could get totalled in the first 30 sec... who knows.....

exactly my point, I saw the preview a couple days ago... not too bad, and there was no sign on the fc... and then the pics of the movie posters has paul walker standing next to the skyline... so calm down people....

Ahahaahah... I grew up with Mike. He bought that FC for like $500-$850 or so. It used to be a stock black T2 with some rear quarter panel damage. His dad owned a body shop called Fleet Color and that's where he was able to breathe new life in the car.

I say congrats to him and don't worry about the FC. I don't mind the value increasing and most people stay away from rx7's merely because the engine is different and "unreliable".

 

After this movie, time to sellout to consumerism, there will be no point in owning these cars afterwards because everybody will refer to your car as that car in FnF4.

I hope the FC "wins" in the movie, so I can sell my car and get the money i put into the car back.

try stopping the trailer at exactly 1:49 when they are in the desert after the cars blow up. look to the left its kinda hard to tell but i think it shows it there

 

nah look at 1:48 it seems to have skylineEsq headlights.

 

no ur looking at the wrong part. its like the last half of 1:49 when all the cars are driving away in the desert. its really hard to time the pause on it.
