i plan on using a turbo hood on my N/A. i was going to prop the rear of the hood up about an 1/4 to 1/2 inch. for a way to vent some of the hot air out from under the hood, but after looking at the mazdatrix hood the vents they used would be much better, and look alot cleaner.
the second mod to my t2 hood is going to be a custom hood underbelly. im going to use a K&N filter, and make a custom cold air box to block off some of the heat from the manifold, the end result will be a Ram Air fed rx7. i got the idea from a hood i had on one of my mustangs(88 GT 5spd with t-tops) it was from curvini's auto desgin(i know my spelling sucks) its a ram air hood they sell for lots of car's and is dyno/track proven to lower ET's enough to make it worth the work IMO. i would love to hear what you gurus have to say about it. and sorry for jakcing the thread but i might be on to somthing, no? thanks guys!
