In dire need of a pickme-up
I SERIOUSLY need a pickme-up right now, ive been calculating some stuff and how much im gonna put into the FC! The results was devastating concidering i like..u know...food..hot water.. stuff like that.
SO! I need somebody too tell me that im doing the right thing and when the car is done i will NOT regret what ive done and just love my FC too death and she will treat me just as good as ive been threating her that (almost) whole year of freshing her up. Basically i KNOW it will be the Fc of my dreams if i complete the project, thats why a pat on the back is so important too me now
All thast time will be spent on 400 ported rwhp and a SERIOUS body upgrade!

dont stretch the budget. times change and so do priorities. if you stretch it too far and get in over your head... well you will end up with no car and your dreams will be gone.

well rested,buffet o food
No. no. You Can starve yourself. Eat norways equivilent to ramen noodles. The secret is a one a day vitamin. You need vitamins or you will turn yellow. Your goals are completely attainable essentially factoring out the cost of food. Thats what i do. My vitamin deficiency paid for my advans.

Lets put it this way. Would you ever trade your fc for a... Say an R34 GT-R, nicely mod FD, Porsche, so-on?
How I look at it, if you don't love fc's enough, don't bother. I've seen so many people dump a load of money into their "project" and end up broke or overwhelmed by the amount of work required to get it done. Then they end up parting out everything. In other cases you have a finish car, running strong, and the owner decides to move on. Ends up selling the car less, if not half, of what he/she put into it.
There are so many other factors to consider before even taking on such a big project car. I would have to write a full page on that. :S I'm not the wealthiest kid on the block, but I managed to get the exact parts I wanted for my car. This is why it take people like me years to build a car, saving up on the side to get expensive car parts (I should say QUALITY parts) . Yet you still have enough to get by. You can't forget how much time is required into this. Time is precious, you'll see why. Manage your money, and you won't ever go broke! And others wonder how I can afford such expensive items for my car. lol It's a struggle, but dreams will always be dreams if you don't act upon it.

Well its gonna be a streetport or ext. streetport ( im not sure wich is best suited for that hp range) and then comes all of the other mods ontop of that, that might get me on the road around new year, and im thinking...F*CK the body kit for now..?
Whats everything thats needed anyway too make a ported engine run? Will it take damage if i decide too run it with stock parts and injection and cooling until next summer, for short, can a ported engine still run at stock power tho its ported without damage? I can of course understand that i need all mods if i use bigger turbo etc
