nice. how fast did you drop the subframe? that part intimidates me from grabbing a diff at the junkyard.

What are you replacing the diff mount with?

Nice work. I just did that last month. I got my diff out without dropping the subframe though.

Took about 2 hours to change all the diff bushings and the subframe bushings.

You dropped it? Wow, I guess that makes it easier when you're doing it on the ground.

you are the ****** man, I didnt drop mine the first time and took me about 3 with some cursin'. When I got it off I saw that it was easier to take the subframe off. when i had to drop the diff again, i removed the subframe and it took about 2 then, with just myself

I had a lift and a tranny jack, so I kinda cheated.

I removed the diff, and I lowered the subframe off the studs, so the rear subframe was hanging by the struts, the center rod, and the swaybar.

I strapped the subframe to the tranny jack and knocked out the subframe bushings out of the subframe.

It worked out really well. I was expecting it to take 4 hours. I was wiping off my tools and washing my hands after 2

WASTE OF TIME for a used mount. I wouldn't bother with using a used mount if you have to pull it off yourself. Only if someone you know hands you one and if its in really good condition for 20 year old rubber. lol.

Save yourself a headache, go with a mazdatrix poly one. lol.
