Is this a Cosmo twin turbo setup?

So I got this stuff for free from a friends clearing out his garage, and he claimed it was for a cosmo tt. So here I am asking what these are for, and possibly their value?
Or anyone know someone who needs these?

cosmo what?

13b-re or 20b?

my 20b turbos didnt look like that but its been a while since ive seen them.

either way, they are basically throw away parts as 99% of the guys that go with these engines, put on giant turbos.

go build a turbo jet with them

If they're the RE ones, I'll take them and cover shipping if you're thinking of throwing them out.

If one turbo is bigger than the other (look at the wheels) they are probably a set of Cosmo 20B twins.

Jet engine is the best use I can think of and even then, they aren't desirable to even do that.
