Hey some help please my clutch goes down like normal but the gears won't go in and it tries to go to reverse but it grinds

 

What's the age/condition of your clutch master and slave? See any leaking fluid, or notice your fluid blackening or disappearing?

Since this is a technical question, you should probably have posted this in that section where you'd get more replies.
