/\ haha yea i could see that happening. since when do rx7's have 4 piston engines? haha not only is it and N/A its also automatic. . not to mention the cheesy paint job. . . 2 tone colors arn't for me ill stick with a solid color

Wow, it's not often you find an 98 RX-7 that is "semi restored", especially with Driver airbag, Passenger airbag, Side airbags, and 4-Wheel drive.
Apparently, when the exhausts were dueling each other, one of them lost the fight.
I am quite happy to hear that the term "immaculate" now makes concessions for moderate damage.
That is a common issue with Ebay.
The owner is quite obviously a moron who wouldn't be able to grasp the facts anyway. Therefore, the only value in that advertisement is mockery for our amusement.

this kid has to be pulling his hairs this is the 4th thread ive seen about this car!!!! he is actually a forum member i saw he was trying to defend himself on a previous thread!!! that car is sorry!! the bidding ended and the highest person only bidded 830.00!!!
the car is ok i guess what kills it is the Hot Rod paint and fire stripes. this paint would be fine if this would have been an old camaro a firebird maybe a charger or an old stingray or maybe an old caprice with 24" chrome rims. definetly not an FC3S or RX-7 period. and of course the extremely Riced out(custom!!!) interior other than that the car is ok. but not worth 4,000 bucks I am selling a turbo model in about the same condition and well maintained for almost 1,000 less than he expects to get for his car not to mention that this car has some mechanical issues. as far as i know an exhaust leak doesnt cause the car to smoke. thats just my 2 cents.

So I emailed the seller on ebay. I said the wheels and hood aren't custom because the wheels are stock on convertible models and the hood is a stock turbo hood. I also said that $4900 is asking way too much. This is the reply I recieved:
