Angry 88 t2 throttle sticking

so i have an 88 10th ann and have been having trouble with the throttle sticking. my throttle body does have the mod that includes taking the two secondary plates out and all the b/s with that such as the dashpot..... recently it has been sticking more and more i usually just spray some wd40 on the springs on the actual throttle line side but it has become usually every other day and annoying. so i bought a new spring set hoping it would fix it, replaced them and now i cant get my idel back to to where i had it (700-800). i have two other throttle bodies i can ust but neither have the mod done and still have all the crap on them. im just up for suggestions on what to do...any fixes, or what screw to adjust, or just put a diff throttle body on? open to ne suggestions. thanks

Check the butterflies and see if there is any black stuff around them making it stick. If so, some carb cleaner should shine it up.
