One-uppery aside, a Taurus alternator is the one mod that has earned its weight in platinum. Never again did I have a dead battery due to insufficient electrical muscle.

tell me more about the alternator lol.

Out of curiosity, why'd you choose that setup over coilovers?

Because most coil overs clank, bang and creak too much for street use and offer way more adjustability than I'd ever need. Not until one gets into rather expensive territory do coil overs come with things like reliable bearings, bushings, pads, etc.

RacingBeat Rev II full exhaust and Trek 2.1 with 750 secondaries did the trick for me..along with a nice set of Infini IV BBS wheels.

Aside from doing a s5 6 port turbo with a bnr stage 2 turbo.... a tune by nelson siverio was the biggest inprovemont on the car.

When I purchased my GXL, I came across a post that was simular to thing, and I replaced it with a shorter tire.

Really helped out alot TBH and make the car much peppier, a great "easy" mod for those.

Now wait for new gears and eventually a 12A transmission :o.
