Premix ratio and fuel octane recommendation

Hey guys, I just bought a 1990 rx7 convertible (non-turbo) and am premixing 0.5oz/gallon. Should I use 87 or 91 octane for longevity? Any help would be awesome

nice car! if its stock use the 87.
