modify s4 wiring harness to work with s5 turbo II

So I've been working on an engine swap for a few months now, taking my time so i don't break anything valuable. now I'm about to put the new motor in and need to know how (if possible) to modify the s4 wiring harness to work with an s5 turbo II (adding the knock sensor and any other things that need to be done.
i found a forum post a while ago regarding the subject but i cant seem to find it to save my life. I've got a friend of mine that is into the wiring part of this as I'm more towards the mechanical side of things, i just need to know if its possible and how to do it so i can relay it to my friend and he can do the wiring. I also have 2 other ecu harnesses that have been gutted from the previous car so i can cannibalize wires and connectors from them as well if need be.
Edit: this is an engine which has had all emissions deleted, whereas my s4 na still had its emissions so i don't know if that's something i need to say, but just in case. i also have 2 ecu's, one is r-tek, the other is the stock ecu, again, don't know if that's significant but there you go.

I'm not sure they post ECU pinouts in the hayes manual. They are detailed in the FSM. Available free online. There are many threads and post on this. If you can read a wiring schematic I suggest you buy the parts you need to make it a plug and play swap.
