Pictures would help, but replacing the entire floor is a heavily involved and expensive process. You honestly are better off finding a shell that is in rust-free condition. There are a handful of people who have patched and replaced sections of floor, but it usually involves a frame jig or at least a rotisserie to be able to have full access. You will not likely find new OEM floor pans.

As far as a search, the search function here is lousy and there are threads here where people have posted pics of repairs they did. You just gotta look harder.

This thread comes to mind. You may want to PM him and ask him what it all took to get it done.

Check for a shell, that would be your best bet. We have tons of them over here in the States just sitting around.

Could always try replacing them yourself as well, but that will be long and difficult process that will take tons of time and fabrication tools/skills

Scrap it while you're ahead. Floor repair is serious business if you need the whole thing.

thanks for the messages guys... i have ended up buying another 2 shells and not im trying to build one decent car.. in the uk its pretty hard to find one with out rot so i have two that need a lot less work than the one i got i just have to swap everything over

trying to find a aftermarket kit is ridiculous...i was really keen on trying to get a sexy knights kit but can not get them at the moment i have only been messaging any company i can find in the uk to get one and every one seems to be waiting for japan even though its the same every 2 months
