Error Code # 20 ???

so i recently finally got my 1990 s5 vert to give me the engine code and the only code that came back was a number 20 which would be something to do with the OMP. but the issue i’m having with the car is that whenever i push the throttle down more than 30% the car just starts to dog out and cuts in and out. would the OMP actually have anything to do with this problem or no? any tips and or advice would be very much appreciated. as i have heard i could have to buy a whole new omp and a new ecu.

yes, if the ecu thinks you don't have enough oil (or fuel) it will limit power. aka, Limp Home. you could try cleaning the connections and resetting the computer, if it works its cheap.
