Compression on Potential Purchase

Currently looking at an ‘86 fc. The owner states the compression is at 90 (+/- 3). I plan on doing a test when I go to look at the car to confirm this. I have read several different opinions on the 90 psi range. Some seem to think it’s totally fine and others seem to think the engine is on its way out. I plan on using the car as a project and weekend driver for a year or two. At that point I will have the funds to rebuild if needed. What are your all’s thoughts on this compression? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

don't forget you're looking for even bounces, maybe more so than the peak number
