Buying a 1988 red rx7

Hey guys, sorry if this isn't the right place to post about buying new but I saw this had the most recent posts/replies and I need FAST answers.

Red 1988 RX7
~80,000km (50,000miles)
Manual(I'm guessing they all came manual?)
clean as heck from what I saw, no scratches or dents
original wheels
convertible
for 6000$CAD or ~4400$USD
mechanically sound, runs perfect, mazda dealer nearby said it was in 'showroom condition'

Should I go for it? Was a trade in at a dealership I work at

To give you an honest opinion, we would need to see pictures and know its maintenance and accident history. But from what you describe here, it sounds like a good buy.
