Auto trans fluid drain fill plugs

I need help, I've searched and searched but to no avail. I want to change the ATF fluid in my recently acquired 1988 rx7 since I'm pretty sure it's the original fluid. But idk how to drain it or fill it. I already bought the fluid. Just don't know how to get the old stuff out and the new stuff in. There is literally nothing about this online. Any and all HELP is appreciated.

90% of auto trans don’t have drain plugs, you need to drain from the pan itself

Filling, you should have a dipstick under the hood, thats where you fill
