1987 Mazda rx7 fc won’t crank when key turned and fuel pump runs at full

I recently took the upper manifold off to reach the ecu ground for the s4 rx7. When I cleaned it u put everything back together like it was I think. I was watching this video [ https://youtu.be/Fm53apwvzBE?si=yCEjEmEpHtlIv4tw ]. After I did that the car would start but then die right after it did and the after a couple of starts the starter wouldn’t activate anymore I took the starter out and tested it and it still worked but the I noticed that the fuel pump was also running at full speed flooding the engine. But also when the fuel pump drains battery. The starter positive is 12v and the starter control terminal is 12v.. I also cleaned the connectors to the starter and the starters terminals, and then I also cleaned the batteries. Connectors terminals also put another ground for the battery. And I’m not sure on how to diagnose the fuel. Because the car would start right after I did the upper manifold but for only 2 seconds then die down but the when the battery got low i charged it then now it wont crank when i turn the key but when I have a buddy turn the key to the start position and i touched the terminals on the battery together the car would start but then die right after but when i turn the key on the car it doesn’t start. Edit: sorry if this is hard to read

This is a bit difficult to read without enough periods and paragraph breaks.

If the car is not running after an intake reinstall and it ran before you removed it, you most likely have a vacuum leak.
