Exclamation How to change WHEEL STUDS?

I need to replace some wheel studs (the screw that you bolt your wheels onto) on the back of my 87 TII, since a few have stripped threads. I got some new ones from Mazda, just want to know how the heck to put them in?

Put 2 nuts on the stud. To unscrew, use wrench on inboard nut. The outer nut will act as a stop.
To install, tighten the outer most nut - the inboard nut will then act as a stop.

Wow dangerous advice! The wheel studs are a press fit on FC hubs. You have to take the hub off and press them out and the new ones in,note the splines near the head of the stud.

6rotor thanks for the correction. I had heard somewhere that is a method used to remove studs; apparently not in this case.
