Would a long block 20B with tranny be a good swap for a 2JZ with tranny?

Would a long block 20B with tranny be a good swap for a 2JZ with tranny?
I am taking dollar for dollar. I have D series JDM 20B seemingly in good condition and looking for someone willing to swap it for a 2JZ. Are their values similar ? I will sell it if I am not able to get a swap.

id say yes its a good swap but only for a vvti 2jz-gte. if your selling your 20b how much? and have you had it apart?
