Wiring Haltech E6K to 20B

First off, I know I'm not going to have split timing.

Ok, now having said that, how many of you have actually done this? I'm going to get mine done this weekend, with any luck.

I wrote to hitman, and this is what he had to say:
---------------------------------------------------------------

Wiring is quite easy.
IGNOUT to Coil 1
DIGOUT1 to Coil 2
DIGOUT2 to Coil 3

For injectors wire as follows :
Pri 1 to INJ1
Pri 2 to INJ2
Pri 3 to Either INJ1 or INJ2 (not both)

Sec 1 to INJ3
Sec 2 to INJ4
Sec 3 to INJ3 or INJ4

Go to Input Output Setup and turn on all the extra injector drivers.

Configure as 6-cylinder IGN/By 3 Direct Fire
---------------------------------------------------------------

Anything else I should watch for?

Total advance... not sure. Whatever gets me the most torque without pinging, thats the idea there.... I'lll probably start with a VERY conservative map with 14 degrees across the board, for engine break in. After about 5000 miles of that while tweaking the AFR and whatnot.... I'll start messing with timing through my EGT. Soon as I get the engine totally broken in, I'm going to get her on a dyno and fine tune the beast.

I love being able to control timing and fuel from the laptop

Other than what you described above, Kurgan, how do you hook up the TPS, water and oil temps, ambient air temp, manifold pressure (boost/vacuum), OMP, oxygen sensor?

I ask because I'm going NA at first. Then when I can afford to up the power (and the rest of the car to handle it), I'll be getting a Haltech and reinstalling the stock turbos and stuff (or maybe a single large turbo). I'm curious about if it uses a TTL signal or just a variable resistor type signal and how do you wire it to the ECU? Do these wires need RF shielding?

the haltech harness has all of the wires in it, the cas and o2 are sheilded. bacially you just wire it up like stock, have a look at the hitmans install on the fc/fd. you can either use the stock sensors or the haltech ones, i have the stock water temp, o2, and tps.
