look near the t spark plug
they glue a dime like in there for what ?

my engine have one too
but i have no idea what is that
would some please point me out

It's a nickel tab. It melts when the engine gets above a certain temp. It's used by people who offer warranties on their engines as a way of verifying that the engine was not overheated.
