Torque increase for the 20B

How can I increase the torque of my 20B?

At high RPM, or low RPM? Or all around the RPM range of the engine?

Smaller exhaust will increase your torque a little and decrease your hp. You have to be carful not to go to small though. You can create to much backpressure and your engine temps will rise. You can port it. You loose a little down low but it increases hp and torque. Tuning is also important. A good tuner can get the torque to come on differently in the tune. Depending on what you want.
