timing and wiring?

Im trying to get this thing up and running but it just dawned on me I have a underdrive pulley that has no timing marks on it. I have no clue where top dead center is. Does anyone have a factory pulley or have any ideas of figuring this out. I believe the cas was set when I had the motor built could I figure it out with that and then mark my pulley? Im also trying to figure out how to wire the ignition coils with a E11. Im running 2 M&W cdi boxs and 6 crane ignition coils. Im not shure what ignition channel goes to what. currentley it is 123 are leading and 456 are trailing? I thought you could tell the computer what order they should fire but I could be wrong.

One CDI for the leading and the other for the trailing.

Leading CDI
E11 Ignition 1......CDI input 1....... L 1 coil
E11 Ignition 2......CDI input 2....... L 2 coil
E11 Ignition 3......CDI input 3....... L 3 coil

Trailing CDI
E11 Ignition 4...... CDI input 1......T 1 coil
E11 Ignition 5...... CDI input 2......T 2 coil
E11 Ignition 6...... CDI input 3......T 3 coil

On the Advanced section on the Main page--->

1st rotor to fire.. 1.. Rotor 1 Angle BTDC..... 0 deg.
2nd rotor to fire.. 2.. Rotor 2 Angle BTDC..... 120 deg.
3rd rotor to fire.. 3.. Rotor 3 Angle BTDC..... 240 deg.
Everything else on the same page meaning rotors 4,5,6 and angles 4,5,6 etc. set to--> 0

As for your timing marks on the main pulley. Your best bet is to find a stock pulley.
Which underdrive pulley are you using? I hope it's a two piece design.
It cannot be the one form Mazdaspeed or Racing Beat because those have timing marks on them.

When looking straight at the engine, the keyway in the crank w/o the pulley should be rotated to be pointing exactly to the left. This is exact TDC.

Oh, be carefull not to drop the thrust washers when removing the pulley. If its a push type clutch, have someone hold the clutch in. If its a FD pull type DONT push the clutch.
