Team Low Displacement Prodject 20b

I own a 88 FC se and i have a team called Low Displacement and out of all of are members cars i have one of the slowest and i want to make it faster than it is drasticly and i have been reading up on the 20b 3 rotar rotary engine and i thought it would be a good idea to persue
for many reasons ...............1 cuz i need to make my baby faster by alot just to compete with my buddys Fd and his Brotheres GTS celica (sadly enough that thing is faster than my fc by alot ) ....................2i want my car to be unique while adding mager amounts of power not too many of these 20b are in Wisconsin. i know of one but not too sure if it really was a 20b.........Now the only other thing is i want to see if it is even posiable for me to do such a thing to my car so if some one could help me on what i would need to get or where i can find a 20b that would be great so like i said if it is posiable please help and steer me in the right direction with sites other people with the engine that would be a blessing

thanks, Raven

Do you have any racing experience?
I'm not talking about racing on the street...

I would suggest waiting till you're at least 21 (hell, at least 18) before you try and attempt this.

There are threads that answer your question in here.

If you haven't seen them, here's a summary.

1) Get a Turbo II - your NA is just too weak...or at least get the entire Turbo II drivetrain.

The $10,000 to $50,000 required for a 20B setup is better spent on a college education or solid investment rather than on being unique or beating your friends at racing. Your RX-7 SE is one of the best used sports cars you can have for college, and it is also one of the best vehicles to take to driving schools and autocross events - keep it! Once you get a high-paying job, you can buy a TII with a blown engine and begin working on your 20B dream car.

BTW, welcome to the RX-7 Club. You are probably not used to hearing the truth on internet automotive forums, so I hope the shock does not cause you to take these responses the wrong way.
