sequential turbos to true twins

has any body modified the turbos where they work together all the time.
i have stock turbos on my 20b and thinking about making them run as true twin and not sequential twin.
i know that the front turbo is bigger than the rear one, but will it damage any of them if i ran them at the same time all the time.

Thats whats called running them "non-sequenctial". Pretty much anyone running a 20b with an aftermarket ecu will run them this way(even Pettit Racing). They will be ok.
