RE Amemiya 3-rotor

http://www.jgtc.net/race/inside/2002e/repo022.htm

I just read a link on the JGTC site about RE Amemiya. I found it oddly disturbing that, in an interview, Isami Amemiya is quoted saying that he is now forced to look for 20B parts in junkyards - apparently he is unable to get parts from Mazda now. Amemiay's car is rather popular in Japan. It's been a major contender in GT300 for years.

And he can't get parts. =(

So, my question is, why not? Aren't we supposedly able to get 20B parts from mazda motorsports? If so, why can't Amemiya

Mazda stopped producing a complete 20B motor.
We can get 20B parts, and we have to assemble.
If we buy all the 20B necessary parts, it would cost
about twice as much as the cost of buying a complete motor.
Installing 20B motor to FD is very expensive itself.
Mr. Amemiya wants cost reducing.
So, RE-A will buy 20B parts from junkyard and check them.
If one of the parts isn't good enough, they will buy new parts from Mazda.
His motor is very reliable.
There are so many races in Japan.
RE-A car is the winner of almost all the races, these days.
