Pic request for " modified side plates"

I've seen product descriptions about modified side plates for " short crank " 20B's or plates modified to accept a stationary gear but I can't actually recall ever seeing on. Does anyone have a pic or two they can share.

These don't seem like they would be impossible to machine. Any ideas on how this gets done??

I've got more than a few extra S4/5 intermediate plates and stationary gears laying around. What's involved? It will be an interesting project until business picks back up.
