part help

I've seen some shim/spacer that would go between the flywheel and the rear counterweight for using automatic starter with manual flywheel.. can anyone let me know the part number? thank you.

I guess it may not be originally made as a spacer, but was supposed to go in front of the flexplate/flywheel with holes for the flywheel bolts.. It can be moved to behind the flywheel and be used as a spacer.. does anyone know the part?

attached is the part I'm referring to. The big washer thing that goes between the flywheel and the flywheel bolts.
