FD TB + 20b intake manifold + Idle Air Control -Has anybody done this?

I want to use an FD throttle body with my 20b manifold and keep some form of idle air control. The FD IAC is mounted on the upper intake manifold and connects to the TB from the inside. The stock 20b IAC is attached directly to the TB (right where I want to mount my coils). Has anybody come up with a work around for this?

I suppose I could have an IAC with an external feed mounted on the bottom of the manifold and then tie it into a port on the elbow. I also noticed the FD TB does not cover the IAC inlet port on the 20b manifold, so I assume those of you that are using an FD TB have done something to block this off.

I would like to keep idle air control since I drive the car in the summer and fall, and am also keeping the AC. I take it you guys got rid of it.
