exhaust sleeve removal?

Is there a neat trick I am missing to get the roll pins out of the rotor housing so you can take out the exhaust sleeves. I want to swap the ones in my 20B for 13B ones. Let me know!Cheers Lee

I've tried the self tapping screw method with no luck; ended up cutting a slit in the old junk sleeves then tap the pins out with a flathead. GL

Leeroy,
If you tig weld... Just play like you are welding the head of the pin.... and just stick the welding rod to it.
While it is still hot... pull the roll pin out with a pair vice grips

I couldn't get a self tapper to grip enough. Plus that on theory would spread the pin and work against you. I will try weld blob and tapping on my scrap housing and see what works best. Surely TIG puts too much heat in for the ally?
