building NA 20B

im going to be building a track car. im going to do a FD. i was thinking of doing a 20B and keeping it turbo, but i dont want crazy amounts of HP as of now. so i have been reading. alot of people use RX-8 rotors. i have been out of the rotary scene for a while now. sorry if i sound like a newbie. where can you buy a 20B eccentric shaft? i would be using 13b rotor housings correct?, or is my best bet to buy a front clip and start from that. thanks for the help. obviously i would need a stand alone and all that jazz. but im just concerned with building a engine.
