I was wondering if anybody had or knew where to get a 20b shortblock?

Almost impossible unless you find someone who started a 20B project, stripped the engine down, then disassembled it. Or a fully rebuilt one from a performance shop ($$$$$$$$)

It would probably be cheaper (and definitely easier) to just buy the longblock from an importer and take off the accessories.
