Any repaired 20B shafts or Middle irons ?

I am working on two 20B engines and have two damaged 20B shafts and one damaged middle iron. (thick one)
We are repairing them in our machine shop but would like to see what others have had resort to.

I have welded my middle iron around the dowel pin land with nickel rod, been holding up fine for a long time.

I have also welded irons with a MIG with silicone bronze wire, which seems to work very well.

never broken an eshaft so I don't have any input on that one.
