I think there is a 20B section, not to be a dick or anything, i think its pretty well covered, but searching can't hurt, i've seen this topic covered before.

You can get the engine off ebay for around 3k. The problem is the ECU for it, the car (eunos cosmo) only came in Automatic so you have to get a diffrent ecu for it or have someone reprogram it(so ive heard) for a 5 speed tranny. Thats where the money comes in. Not to mention allt he wiring needing to be done.

You don't build, you find. Just for the conversion parts, you're looking at around $10,000 to start with. If you have big plans, look at more like $20k.

well stated guys hahaha. look at the sticky thing in this 20b forum section and it tells you everything you pretty much need to know. it even has any links you'll ever need to so you don't have to look it up from scratch. as snub disphenoid said: just for the parts you're gonna need around 10 grand. and don't think 10 grand is really actually gonna get you everywhere with this project. that's just enough to get the motor into your car and starting the car. obviously if you're gonna do most of the work yourself (like i am right now since i'm currently doing my own 20b project), your costs are gonna be WAY less. if you've never touched a wrench in your life and gotten your hands dirty, and aren't ready to do so, don't even think about going into this project by yourself without at least 30 thousand ready in your hands. hope that helped.....good luck bro....
