20B UIM + FD TB = throttle cable too short?

Guys,

I finally got around to actually doing some work on my car this past weekend. After putting the UIM on with the FD TB bolted to it, my existing FC GXL throttle cable is too short to reach! As you may know, the Cosmo's have the linkage on the firewall side of the TB whereas the FD has it on the front-of-car side. I'd rather not have to buy a Cosmo TB seeing as I already have this one.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a throttle cable (other than one of those annoying custom kits)? It was my understanding that the NA cable was the ticket in the FC as it was by far the longest, but I'm not having any luck with it!

TIA

I think your stuck with running the TII cable or take your cable into the local speedo shop and have them make you one a little longer... IIRC there is a speedo shop on Ocean Ave heading south towards Venice.. atleast there was about 6-7 years ago
