20B turbo manifold

A few pics of a 20B turbo manifold we're currently working on for a GT45 setup. Pics are crappy, need to get a new SD card... more to come.

welds look amazing, what would the price be on such a manifold? Also is that a Racing Beat flange?

Yea it sure looked like my flange ... The many and down pipe is amazing. Flawless workmanship...

I'm going to get with your fabrication guy and have one done for my gold digger also . Not that i cannot make one. But his welding equipment and laser cutting is more than i can handle right now. ...

It will look really good in my engine bay ...

The flange is actually our own. Our method of puting these together is a bit different, and the port holes on Chips flange are smaller than we need.

Are there any bolt-up pics? Curious to the position and location of the turbo..

Interested in one for my build but I'm running a Tial snail... and I want mine fully polished

This is using the mock up manifold, but here is the turbo location along with downpipe routing.

Pipe and tubing is brought in from local suppliers, and fittings (elbows) are supplied through our sister company. All flanges are cut in-house.

Very nice craftsmanship. I say do a small production run for us 20b guys. Also, running a TiAL turbine housing like Japan2LA.

My SD card fried yesterday so I lost/havent been able to post any progress pics til tonight. Here are a few more shots in a little better light, along with a few mounted up showing the turbo location and exhaust exit. The runners tuck around the subrame very nicely as planned.
We're working on another version which will allow for more freedom of wastegate placement... more to come.

That person right there is an artist. No doubt cut his / her teeth with one of the pipe fitter locals and probably did a lot of time in an air frame shop, aerospace, or nuke power plant. Note the purge dams and argon hose for the internal purge; all radiographic NDE quality stuff. Great to see work like this. Thanks! BTW what cheaters is he wearing???
