20b 3rd gen Help! needed

Ok, first off let me state that I have a 3rd gen.

Is there any place that would has a kit containing a subframe, mounts and a bracket for the transmission? Otherwise can someone give me a print of the tranny bracket? I have everything out and was thinking I just needed to fab subframe.. but apparently I'm missing one of the brackets to keep the transmission in line with the rest of the world.

I'll stop my rambling.. but please let me know if something like this exists.. or give me a print or an idea of the measurements so I can fab one.

Travis

IS your setup placeing the engine in the stock position? I'm not quite sure what you are asking for.

I agree, I had no issue with my tranny. IF your tranny is in the stock position you shouldn't have any issues either

I'm assuming I'm missing something.. cus I have nothing that holds the transmission from moving side to side. The pictures are nothing less than shitty in the factory service manual. From what I remember the thing must've been just hovering in there attached to the pre cat.. When I removed the exhaust system I lost my transmission alignment.

Maybe you could direct me to a picture taken from underneath the car? There HAS to be a bracket or something I'm missing.

I think you are talking about the power plant frame. Big metal thing that goes from the tranny to the rear end.

Ok, I'm almost positive now.. I'm missing the transmission cover, the front tunnel reinforcement, rear tunnel reinforcement. I need to build brackets I'm thinkin.

Here's what I got.. I'm thinking i'm missing a little triangle shaped part that bolts onto the brace and then onto that small bolt hole in the transmission?

Also, I need to manage the height.. does anyone have an idea of the spacing between the top of the transmission tunnel and the top of the transmission?
See pic...
