13psi, 540HP ATW

My brothers boss has had a little tuning done on his 20B FD. First up with 10psi and still running the base maps from microtech, they got 499HP ATW.
They have done a little bit of tuning and now at 6500rpm and 13psi they have 540HP ATW. Not bad going with a lot of tuning work still to come.
Engine is ported and running a T45 turbo , don't know the specs though

Can you give me a copy of the dyno? I'd love to add it to my dyno webpage. Also, please let me know if it is not a Dynojet.

Thanks,

B

Almost had something close? I'm still gonna run that sucka!

Anyhow... who makes the T45? Anyone have ANY info on it? Right now, all I know is that its similar (somehow) to a PT88, this guy doesn't know the specs on it, and its making awesome power.

i think ACJ13B had this turbo on his car at one time. i think he uses a Ta51 or something like that now.

either way he should be able to tell you about the T45, send him a PM then post specs here please

It might be a GT45 from the Garrett Ballistic Series. Here's a pic of the next size down (GT42) going into an FD on a 13b.

It's likely a TA45...part of the bigger, diesel stuff. Ted and I had turbos that used that comp housing before. I can't find pictures. It's very utilitarian looking, isn't it? 3" compressor inlet but the housings were v-banded to the backing plates?

At the rear wheels. Divide by the gear ratios between the wheels and the engine.
