I was reading on rotorhead.ca about how to install a starter button. I need to do this on my 1st gen racecar before the summer. Did you just use a wiring diagram out of a haynes, or did you have one to go by? Couldn't find one on the website. I was just curious how the relay was wired up.
Thanks.
Thanks.

whn you buy a relay it should ahve th diagram right on it,
i beleive the starter wire is yellow "cant remember off the top of my head" just cut it and splice it into one pole on your relay then grab the big pos wire that come in and split it into one pole on he relay and take the other piece and run it in the swith, now run the wire from the other side of the switch to the relay and a ground to the relay.
the relay should be labled as to which wires go where
you will have these wires going to it
constant hot "from your battery"
switched hot "from your push button"
ground "from anywhere theres a good ground"
wire to starter
