yellow froth

so i have this yellow frothy **** building up in my oil fill tube and it gets thick sometimes, smells like gas and has alot of moisture to it. WHAT IS THIS? car is an '85 gsl with the 12a

Lung mustard. Take the nipple on the middle Iron and run some 3/8ths vacuum line to a 1990
Dodge Caravan V6 PCV valve (cheap and great fitment), and run that to a vacuum source (like
T-eed off the Brake booster line). Make sure it sucks the correct way. Put a filter on the nipple
of the oil fill tube.
